Summary

  • Prepare new DMEM S0
    • FMP has home made DMEM
    • They don't have anti-fungal (FungiZone)


  • Of D12 (P31) and D9 (P29) 3 10cm dishes were put to S0
  • The 4th was split into four new 10cm dishes
  • 2x 2 mL of each donor's medium was stored @ -20 °C for mycoplasma check


  • 50 mL of FCS was put to 4 °C to thaw (for heat inactivation)
