    • mouse anti-RIIα (1:5000) for 2 hours @ RT
    • Wash 3x 10 min. block buffer (1% BSA)
    • anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:10 000) 1 h @ RT
    • Rinse with block buffer
    • Wash 3x 15 min. w. block buffer
