Stimulation for RII overlay & Preparation of HBBS buffer for Alamar blue

Summary

2x8 10cm dishes stimulated (15%CSE/S⁰) (10.45)
- 6 mL CSE 100% in 40 mL gives 15%
- S⁰ was not enough and due to the planned change of medium 50 mL of DMEM w/o antibiotics was added to the remaining DMEM S⁰ (<10 mL) for the last two plates (marked with /)
