Summary

  • Put cells D9 P27 to S0 (14 plates)
  • Split D9 cells to P28 (18 new plates)
  • Checked Smoking machine and another malfunction has occured. Probably rust or it has trouble with the hot weather
  • While writing paper I found that the anti-AKAP12 antibody handed to me on 15April2010 was not against the human, but Rat AKAP12.
    • In future Santa cruz antibody which is also present should be used
