Summary

  • Protein pellets left @ 4 °C have been resuspended while in storage, only minor pellet remains
    • For final resuspending samples were incubated @ 50 °C and vortexed until resuspended
  • Cells of D9 P28 were put to S0
  • Cells were split to D9 P29 (800.000 cells per plate)
