Summary
Protein pellets left @ 4 °C have been resuspended while in storage, only minor pellet remains
For final resuspending samples were incubated @ 50 °C and vortexed until resuspended
Cells of D9 P28 were put to S
0
Cells were split to D9 P29 (800.000 cells per plate)
Notes
Cells were letting go a bit during washing, perhaps too confluent and dying?
