Immunofluorescence of cells

  • Cells for immunofluorescence measurement were stimulated with 15% or with serum free DMEM (S0)

PKA Co-IP

  • All samples used before for AKAP250 Co-IP were diluted 10x in ddH2O
  • 1 mL of each sample was incubated >1 h with PKA Iα/β reg (H-90): sc-28893 @ 4°C while rotating
