Summary

  • Stimulation of ELISA D9 P26 (seeded last monday!) as described 16Feb2010 with DMEM S0 as control
    • ALL WELLS RECEIVED DMSO IN THE SAME CONCENTRATION!
    • NOTE: Lane C6 did not receive Ht31 but S0 (without DMSO!)
  • Stimulation started 18.50 for 24 h incubation
