Summary

  • qPCR for AKAP5 gene in 2nd batch of patient material, now with 50 cycles (PCR yesterday failed to late amplification)
  • Instead of 50 now a mastermix for 55 samples was prepared (Mastermix 412.5μL, Primer/probe 41.25μL, 316.25μL Nuclease free water)
