Methods

Jaewon's microscope used a 5-watt 532nm pulse laser to provide excitation. The image dimensions were 256x256 pixels, saved as unsigned 16-bit integers in separate channels.

Discussion

Beads

The beads appeared elongated and slightly deformed, likely an artifact of the field of excitation.
