About Me

Favorite Quotes: "A scientist in his laboratory is not a mere technician: he is also a child confronting natural phenomena that impress him as though they were fairy tales." -- Marie Curie

Education

University of Virginia

I started my journey as an undergraduate engineering student at Charlottesville, VA since August 2008. I have explored many different disciplines here at UVa. I have chosen to become a chemical engineering student after working on a REU project that synthesized fluorescent microspheres. I hope to incorporate what I have learned as a polymer scientist to biological applications in my future scientific endeavor. I am currently working toward a minor in computer science and a concentration in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering.
