NotesThe BSA nanoparticles that were made Yesterday did not form fibers. This is contrary to other groups who did have fibers with BSA. Today we will make new BSA solutions that can be tried again after Thanksgiving break. We also are going to analyze the invertase nanoparticles using UV-Vis
