Steve Koch 00:32, 26 June 2009 (EDT): Sorry for what looks like a disaster? Don't quite understand it, but hope you have better luck next time. One note about sample size: A typical volume for one of our flow chambers is 10 to 20 microliters. I'm not sure what you're calculating with 300 microliters, but wondering whether you're off by a factor of 10?
