Steve Koch 00:34, 30 March 2010 (EDT): This is looking really cool! You are kicking ass on this. I'll hope to spend more time talking about it with you next time in lab. It's complicated enough that I can't fully understnad it right away, but I think I get it. I sent an email to Jim Martin at Sandia asking if we can borrow the awesome hall probe for measurements. I don't know if there's any chance, but if it does work out, you will have fun and it will be good for confirming your modeling.

Brian P. Josey 13:37, 5 April 2010 (EDT) I meant to comment on this earlier, but it slipped my mind. Anyways, if Jim Martin is cool with it, I would like to use the hall probe and to see how it works. It would be a nice tool to know how to use and to add to my arsenal. It would also give me a chance to ask him some questions about magnets in general, and to see if he has any ideas about what we're doing. If he is as good as you say he is, taking some time to pick his brain would be very valuable.
