[[User:Steven J. Koch|Steve Koch]] 12:51, 14 June 2009 (EDT): Please ask me about this on Monday: I tried looking through my old notes from 2004 and now I'm thinking I may not have made AF aliquots of the entire mixture.  I may have instead made small aliquots of CAT and GOD and then mixed up 25 microliter cocktails on a given morning.  So, if your AF isn't working, this could be why.  If this is the case, I apologize!
