Steve Koch 23:21, 31 August 2009 (EDT): Glad it's still working well! As Andy mentioned, we can get a stage micrometer (probably from Edmond Optics) and calibrate the field of view. Actually, anything you can see that has a well-known pitch (space between features) will work. The CHTM has all kinds of microfabricated structures with known feature sizes (extremely accurate), so if you know anyone in the building, you could probably get your hands on one. On the otherhand it's probably easier to just buy one made for microscopy.
