Talk about "mind control" and artificial "intelligence" connection with chemtrails, or perhaps about next-generation atypical chemotherapy drugs for schizophrenia?

Its a human thing to express and communicate emotions towards the unknown and to share light on obscur things, even with partial or incomplete evidences...

The absence or lack of emotions, expressiveness, however, seem not so a typical human behavior but the result of a program, lacking the capabilities to improve the positive aspects over improving the negative aspects of life, a mediocre attempt to alter human intelligence over machine intelligence?

I have limited knowledge on all this, which should be quite obvious given my thousand unknowns pointing towards synthetic bioterrorism and things like "mass gene therapy", and drugs for modifying the human DNA, while I still fail to understand basic things like communication and basic biology...
