Creating a protocol isn't straight forward. It seems to me that the only way to correctly generate a new page is by linking to one that hasn't been created yet. Therefore, here is my first protocol.

And then click the "create this page" link that comes up to create a page with that name. We're still working on figuring out the best way to teach users about how to post protocols on OWW. We'd welcome any ideas you have. Also, check out the template for writing protocols at Protocols/Template.

Thanks. It seemed that this needed to be spelled out somewhere. I took the liberty to write a quick how to then changed the link titled "Add a new lab- or person-specific protocol" under the "Contributing protocols" heading on the main page to point to it.
