-*Just a minor comment to make you more like a real scientist :-)
-*When you load samples into a gel, you order them such that the controls come first, followed by the experimental sample.
-*Also, typically you load samples in the order that they became available during the protocol, e.g. supernatant, then pellet.  (this doesn't apply here since everything was done simultaneously).
