PLAAC is a standard protease inhibitor cocktail for yeast work. Stock concentration is 1000X (add 1μL per 1mL of lysis buffer). Thaw at room temperature due to DMSO. Keep PLAAC-complete solutions chilled.

| Dissolve in DMSO. Aliquot 100μL per tube and freeze at -20°C. |
