Solution recipe for 3M Sodium Acetate, PpH 5.2 and pH 7.0.
1. Dissolve 408.1g of sodium Acetate.3H2O in <700ml of H20.
2. Adjust the pH to 7.0 with dilute Acetic Acid
3. Adjust the volume to 1 liter with H2O.
4. Dispense into aliquots and sterilize by autoclaving
