Solution recipe for 1.5 M Tris-HCl, pH 8.8.
1. Add 54.45 g of Tris base.
2. Add 150ml of distilled water.
3. Adjust to pH 8.8 with 1N HCl. Millipore water to 300ml. Store at 40C
