1. Measure 700mL millipore water into a 2L plastic beaker. | 700mL H2O |
2. Weigh 30.3g Tris base and add it to the mixture | 30.3g Tris base |
3. Weigh 144.2g glycine and add it to the mixture | 144.2g glycine |
4. Stir until dissolved | |
5. Bring volume to 1L with millipore water in a graduated cylinder | Volume to 1L |
6. Dilute from 10x to .5x (1:20) for use. |
