Solution recipe for 1L 10x Western Transfer Buffer. Dilute to .5x for use.
1. Measure 700mL millipore water into a 2L plastic beaker. 700mL H2O
2. Weigh 30.3g Tris base and add it to the mixture 30.3g Tris base
3. Weigh 144.2g glycine and add it to the mixture 144.2g glycine
4. Stir until dissolved
5. Bring volume to 1L with millipore water in a graduated cylinder Volume to 1L
6. Dilute from 10x to .5x (1:20) for use.
