Solution recipe for 1L liquid YEPD. Double for 2L, or use a higher multiplier for more.
1. Measure 800mL millipore water into a 2L plastic beaker. 800mL H2O
2. Weigh 10g Yeast Extract and add it to the mixture 10g Yeast Extract
3. Weigh 20g Bacto Peptone and add it to the mixture 20g Bacto Peptone
4. Weigh 20g Glucose and add it to the mixture 20g Glucose
5. Stir until completely dissolved
6. Bring solution to 1L with millipore water in a graduated cylinder Volume to 1L
7. Transfer to 2L flask, removing stir bar, and cap for autoclave
8. Autoclave 40 minutes to sterilize

2. Weigh 10g Yeast Extract and add it to the mixture 10g Yeast Extract
3. Weigh 20g Bacto Peptone and add it to the mixture 20g Bacto Peptone
4. Weigh 20g Glucose and add it to the mixture 20g Glucose
5. Stir until completely dissolved
6. Bring solution to 1L with millipore water in a graduated cylinder Volume to 1L
7. Transfer to 2L flask, removing stir bar, and add 20g Bacto Agar 20g Bacto Agar
8. Autoclave 40 minutes to sterilize
9. Allow to cool to 55-60°C while stirring with a sterile stir bar; add any desired drugs
10. Pour approximately 25mL per plate
11. Allow plates to cool and solidify
