Day 1
In advance of Module:
- streak out NB334 onto LB+Amp+Cam+Kan
- streak out NB188 onto LB+Amp+Kan
- streak out NB5 on LB+Amp
In advance of Day 1:
- Prepare 50 ml bottles of indicator media but don't add H2O
- Grow ONs of NB5 in LB+Amp
On lab day:
- In AM subculture NB5, 1 ml/20ml LB+Amp on RT shaker. Induce with IPTG at start of lab period.
