Entry title Derek, Oggie, Katy Today we ran a PCR to check for the optimum annealing temperature for our primers. We will then run a gel on Wednesday to test for our best temp. All Group If they do not work, we have devised a plan to ether A) find the strain 168 our primer was designed from, or B) scrap our gene, and find a new one.
