Project Change Because of our failed attempts at amplifying the flavanoid gene from the orchid we have decided to change our project to get more experience from the remaining class periods. Our new project involves the extraction, amplification, purification, ligation, and transformation of the random repeating ALU regionm, of our genome, from cheek and hair cells.
