Prepared Grids

According to standard procedures
identical grids 2E9 & 2E10: BM2, 1:20 diluted, with 12.1µM spermine (corresponding to one molecule every 1.5bp)

Observed Grids

  • 2E9: grid was fine, good dilution and staining, 111 images
  • 2E10: another good grid, 131 images
