For Plan A: Cell Treatment
(1) Solutions Adding (to wells)
With duplicates
(2) Subculturing + Seeding cell
cell count: 714
4 well plate: 5x105cells/well
Calculate the volume of cell solution added. After cell seeding, place in incubator overnight to allow cell growth.
(3)SiRNA delivary
After adding cells to solutions according to the table above, the wells are stored in incubator for 24hrs.
For Plan B: Cell Treatment
(1) Solutions Adding (to wells)
Decant medium
Add 240μl serum free medium to each well
Add corresponding solution to the wells
With duplicates for each condition
(2)SiRNA delivary
After adding cells to solutions according to the table above, the wells are stored in incubator for 24hrs.
