DNA Purification and Gel Electrophoresis

Plasmid Isolation Used QIAprep isolation kit from Qiagen to isolate plasmids. Performed EcoR1 digestion to isolated DNA for ~2.25 hrs Pouring and Running Gel Made a 0.8% agarose gel with ethidium bromide Ran the gel for 1.5 hrs in TAE buffer at 60V. Photographed and annotated gels -Didn't allow the gel to run long enough. -Need to add all of the DNA from the prep tube when taking a "look" after an EcoRI digestion Return to Buckner Lab
