1. Controller system for mini-pPCR
PI: Kostov
Develop thermocycler for PCR based on microcontroller driven heater and cooler. The cycler provides the three temperatures for the PCR (54, 75 and 93C).A photodiode detection system is used for monitoring of the PCR using a fluorescent tracer (SYBR Green or similar).
