Entry title Time started:5pm The incubated PA01 strain from 19/01/09 did not turn turbid meaning that was no growth. Prepared 4 new test tubes of PA01 strains from different PA01 cryogenic stock to check their variability. The 4 choosen were PA01 2-5. Same procedure was repeated as 19/01/09 where the cryogenic stock was thawed. Next 0.15ml of the PA01 strain was added to 3ml of LB broth in a test tube and incubated at 37 C. 250rpm overnight.
