Neural differentiation cultures

Fed the four flasks and four coverslips with fresh B27/Stemline Neural medium with EGF+FGF2 and/or EGF+retinyl ester. Had added 5 mL to regular 3 mL in flasks Friday afternoon.

One of the EGF+retinyl ester flasks seems to have a lot of fasciculating neurites in it! But the coverslips don't for the moment, although individual cells look like potential neurons. Added the EGF+FGF2 medium to the two wells with Rich medium that have been going since forever.
