DNA Concentration Check of Gt.5-1 and Gt.5-2

• Today, we ran a Qubit to measure the DNA concentration of Gt.5-1 and Gt.5-2. It was observed that Gt.5-1 had a DNA concentration of 8.54ng/µl and Gt.5-2 had a concentration of 13.4ng/µl. These concentrations are much higher than previous extractions. For Tuesday, we will run a PCR of sample Gt.5-2. Also, we will run a gel of the PCR samples from last Thursday.
