07/07/2015 cells may have been a bit too dense in the middle of the wells (not sure why, i rocked the plate pretty well). transfected gal4-eeds with siRNAs the same way i did 7/5. thawed gal4-eeds and added puro thawed U2OS KAH 126 cells
