06/06/2016 Cloned g032, 46, 54, and 55 into pX330_dCas9_EGFP Re-annealed Luc14 g054 and 55 samples, redid surveyor assay, ran on bioanalyzer ChIP qPCR plate 7 tested g031/34 primer sets again, 1 to 2 dilutions of Luc14 sheared gDNA, 27ng/ul. 2ul into each reaction. induced t-25 with dox, expanded most of the cells into t-75. will use for donor experiment and KAH228+g032 and/or 46.
