03/19/2015 Today I mini-prepped the ligation from 3/17/2015 Sample Read# 260 280 260/280 ng/µL lig 3:1 0.113 0.061 1.868 113.215 After the mini-prep, I digested the plasmid with PstI and EcoR1. Then I conducted gel electrophoresis to see results of the digestion. Unfortunately, I accidentally inputted loading dye instead of a ladder, so I will have to redo the digestion and gel tomorrow.
