06/15/2015 Grew liquid cultures for the following colonies: BjaI: 1, 3, 4 CerI: 2 EsaI: 1 through 6 LasI: 3 RhlI was unsuccessful so I didn't grow any liquid cultures for that plasmid. Digested RhlI (from the PCR optimization done without DMSO) with E + X. Ran another ligation for RhlI + digested MSV. Fast-transformed.
