07/07/2016 Look at transformation plates from yesterday! 5 plates: CerR, CerR_vector_control, LasR, LasR_vector_control, and negative (water only) control. Only LasR had colonies! 3 colonies on LasR plate. Make liquid cultures for the 3 LasR colonies. Crossing fingers and hoping this is it!! CerR: try long transformation? Or verify promoter product on gel
