Entry title * Conducted a mini prep Began by pouring the cells from round-bottom tubes into 2mL microfuge tubes. I then spun down the cells in the centrifuge for 3 min., poured out the liquid waste and spun again This leaves the 600 microliters to begin the mini prep protocol Used the Zyppy plasmid mini prep kit Also ran a gel I put KAH 9 KAH 9 KAH 10 KAH 10 into the gel
