Transforming GFP into e. coli.

Procedures for transforming plasmids were followed as per protocol. Two sets of DH5aplpha Turbo cells were wasted accidentally.

Agar plates with Amp were placed in the incubator overnight to culture the cells. This started at 8:37 P.M.
