Overview

Following the protocol outlined here, I transfected the K562 cells and transferred to a 6-well plate. Plate layout is as follows:

Well 1: 24-hr, GFP
Well 2: 24-hr, KAH126 (rep 1)
Well 3: 24-hr, KAH126 (rep 2)
Well 4: 48-hr, GFP
Well 5: 48-hr, KAH126 (rep 1)
Well 6: 48-hr, KAH126 (rep 2)

Neon Transfection protocol is K562P2:

  • 1350 v
  • 10 ms
  • 4 pulses
