09/16/14 - Jonah Thomas Transformation - KAH60/pcVN into DH5α-turbo Transformation HEK cells did not express mCherry after transfection Discarded all samples Therefore, we will try to obtain higher quality plasmid by transforming the stock into bacteria After transformation & growth, we will do a miniprep to get fresh plasmid DNA To check quality of DNA, we will do a restriction digest Transformation samples KAH60/VNpc (from Harvard stocks) - 0.5 μL in 10 μL dH2O 10 μL dH2O Will check for colonies tomorrow morning
