Autoscaling

  • In order to set the vertical viewing range to autoscale you need to go to the gray bars to the left of HepG2 and BJ and right click on it. You then click on the Configure...Sg 1. I have done a check on the ACTB and GAPDH. Both have extremely low scores, no higher than a 3. CDKN2A has scores of 7 in the HepG2 line and 23 in the BJ line. MYT1 has scores of 16 in the HepG2 line and 10 in the BJ line. OLIG1 has scores of 8 in the HepG2 line and 16 in the BJ line. OLIG2 has scores of 7 in the HepG2 line and 17 in the BJ line. I did a check on a few other genes that were in the score based off of 400 or greater. The ones that are scored around 400 are getting score of 40+ on the Genome Browser. Since John says that OLIG1 and OLIG2 are considered to have very high h3k27me3 signals I will be using that as a base (7 seems to be what he designates a high signal to be).
