Ethanol
Started shake flasks of seeds for RCA

  • Added 500 μL cells to 50 ml LB with 50 μL of chloramphenicol
  • let grow to O.D. of about .7
  • induced with 25 μL IPTG (.5mM)
  • let grow overnight
