Entry title Colonies of yesterday's colony PCR grew on LB with ampicillin medium. Plasmid prep of samples: samples contained plasmid DNA (checked on agarose gel and nanodrop for concentration determination) and were send for sequencing Transformation of cI-LVA and LasR-LVA again with same procedures as tuesday.
