(same conditions as yesterday's colony PCR)

E.coliDH5alpha + cI-LVA in pSB1A3-DT colony 4: 67.3ng/μl
E.coli DH5alpha+ pSB1A3-RBS-GFP-DT: 49.7ng/μl
