- It was discovered that there are certain limitations with the operation of the fluorometer, namely that there is no means for temperature control of specimen being tested.
- The engineer involved in the installation of the fluorometer in the Teaching Lab also proposed a possible tutorial of its operation. Date?

- It was suggested that a page containing the constructs used for the project be created. The page would be a "status report" of the progress/development of these constructs, including information such as level of availibility (if not, can it be synthesized?), ligation steps, links to protocols, etc.
