Digested the miniprepped samples and J+S1(1,1), J+S1(1,2), J+S1(1,3), J+S2(2,1), J+S2(2,2), J+S2(2,3) with E/P. buffer4, 40 mins at 37C and 20 mins at 80C
Gel ran all the digested samples and yesterday's PCR products
